Order Form

The Society provides scanned photos of images in our holdings for personal, non-commercial use.  We provide them on a compact disk or photo-quality paper in sizes up to 8 X 10 inches.  To order an  item fill out the form below and mail it, along with a check in the appropriate amount, to:  Photo Orders, Historical Society of Cecil County, 135 E. Main Street, Elkton, Md. 21921.

The charge is $15.00 per image for non-members or $10.00 for members.  This does not include taxes or postage and shipping, which are added to the price.  All fees charged for photographs help support the Society.  For special use, such as commercial reproductions and publication, you must receive permission to publish the item and you should e-mail or write to the Society for a quote.

INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. If the image you are ordering has an item number, provide it.  If you saw the photo in a publication such as the Cecil Whig, provide the date and note the name of the publication.

2. Describe the image carefully so we can make sure we have identified the correct print for you.

3. The charge is $10 per image for members or $15 for non-members.

4. Calculate your total

5. Add 5% to your total for the Maryland Sales Tax.

6. We charge $1.00 per every order page (up to 6 items) for shipping and handling.

7. Mail you order form, along with your check, to:  Photo Orders, Historical Society of Cecil County, 135 E. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921.
